This edition holds knowledge published for the global audience: explanations, frameworks, and durable takeaways from the Tech Lab Brief, BarKade, and ReChat that are useful without any prior relationship to BK Tech Labs.

The Bar

Treat everything here as already public. There is no recall. A note belongs in this edition only if it would be sound and safe to read on air, quote out of context, or find years later.

What Belongs Here

• Reusable frameworks and explanations that stand on their own.
• Claims sourced well enough to defend publicly.

What Does Not

• Anything unreviewed, provisional, or internally critical.
• Company-reported figures without their attribution and caveats intact.
• Promises about products or membership that the company cannot currently honor.

V1: A Public Library Of Finished Knowledge

The first public CikBase should be a small, useful library rather than a mirror of every activity in the lab. Its job is to help a reader understand a subject, inspect the basis for a conclusion, and carry that learning into their own work.

The first additions should fit one of these forms:

• Lab Notes — a self-contained explanation or framework arising from a Tech Lab Brief, a BarKade evaluation, or a ReChat conversation. It states the question, the answer or finding, the evidence a reader can inspect, and its limits.
• Methods And Results — reviewed descriptions of how an evaluation, benchmark, or experiment works, followed by results once they are ready to defend publicly.
• Tech Lab Reports — approved hypotheses, experimental methods, access conditions, results, and revisions published for inspection.
• Reading Paths — a small, curated sequence of existing public notes that helps a reader move from a concrete question to connected understanding.

News itself is not the paywall boundary. When a Brief produces a durable, reviewed lesson, the public note should preserve that lesson in a form that remains useful after the news cycle has passed.

Keep the initial shape small. Reports/ is the first deliberate series folder; add another only after repeated published notes show a stable need. Every new note must stand alone: define its terms, link to inspectable public sources where relevant, distinguish evidence from interpretation, and retain material caveats.

This edition is in internal development. Its notes are nevertheless written to the standard required for publication.
